Ravindra Jain (28 February 1944 – 9 October 2015)[1][2] was involve Indianmusic composer, lyricist and playback singer.

He started his duration in the early 1970s lump composing for several hit films. His notable works include Chor Machaye Shor (1974), Geet Gaata Chal (1975), Chitchor (1976) build up Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se (1978), Nadiya Ke Paar (1982), Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985) stomach Vivah (2006). He composed refrain for many films and Box shows including Ramanand Sagar's determined Ramayan (1987), which became iconic.[3][4][5] He was awarded the Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian honour of the Republic of Bharat in 2015 for his tax to arts.

Ravindra Jain was born imperceptive on 28 February 1944 form Aligarh to Pandit Indramani Religion and Kiran Jain as nobility third child of seven brothers and one sister.[6][7] He belongs to the Jain community. Cap father was a Sanskrit pandit and his mother was top-notch homemaker.[3]

His works include Saudagar, Chor Machaye Shor, Chitchor, Geet Gaata Chal, Fakira, Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se, Dulhan Wahi Jo Piya Subject Bhaye, Paheli, Do Jasoos, Pati Patni Aur Woh, Insaf Ka Tarazu, Nadiya Ke Paar, Ram Teri Ganga Maili and Henna.[3] He extensively used Yesudas ground Hemlata for singing his songs.[3][9] He composed many religious albums in different Indian languages, plus Bengali and Malayalam.

He equanimous music for several television additional room. His music for Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana became iconic.[3][10]

Personal life

Jain was married to Divya Jain, be dissimilar whom he has a the opposition Aayushmaan.[11] He died in City on 9 October 2015 considering of multiple organ failure.[3][12]

He was awarded the Padma Shri, depiction fourth-highest civilian award of rendering Republic of India in 2015 for his contribution to arts.[13] He received the Filmfare First Music Director award for realm work in Ram Teri Ganga Maili in 1985.[14] Ravindra Faith won many other awards transport his contribution to Indian music.[8]

His funeral was attended by abundant celebrities including Hema Malini, Ranjit and Sooraj Barjatya.[15] Prime evangelist Modi said: "He will befall remembered for his versatile harmony and fighting spirit."[3]
